What is Skyrim?
Skyrim is a fantasy adventure game that takes place 200 years after the previous installment, Oblivion. It is currently the 31st best-selling game of all time, tied with Elden Ring, Borderlands 2, COD Blacks Ops Cold War, and GTA San Andreas. The game is playable on PC, Playstation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
Gameplay
You play as a Dragonborn, and you adventure through the kingdom of Skyrim. Players can select from multiple different races, each with unique stats, allowing for varied combat styles. The NPCs play a significant role in this world, and your actions towards them are crucial. You can actually kill them, and it will result in you losing access to certain quests, and you can even be sent to jail if your crime was witnessed. In the Special Edition of the game, you can play a survival mode where the difficulty has been ramped up, and you now have to pay attention to certain factors, such as hunger, temperature, and fatigue.

The kingdom is big and the settlements hold major significance in developing your character. For example, in Winterhold you can enter a magic college where you can unlock strong magic spells. In Whiterun, Windhelm, and several other cities, you can purchase houses after completing certain quests.
