Red Dead Redemption 2 is a realistic open world game that follows the story of an outlaw named Arthur Morgan and his gang in the wild west era. It is the prequel to the original Red Dead Redemption and it is currently the the 4th best-selling game of all time. The game is playable on PC, PS4, and Xbox.
Gameplay & Visuals
The game is known for its extreme realism. From the amazing visuals to the heavy movements of the characters and even the slowness of every action you take in the game. You can also enter cinematic mode which makes it look like a film, and whenever you ride on a horse while in that mode your horse will automatically move to the destination you’ve set on the map. There is an honor system that dictates which person your character will become by the end of the story and it changes depending on your actions and decisions towards the NPCs. You also have to take care of your character and make sure they stay clean and in shape. You will have to clean your guns otherwise they’ll perform worse. All of these aspects make this game stand out from other open world games.

The open world of this game is massive. There are a lot of towns and destinations to go discover and tons of side content that will make you want to explore even more. For example, you can hunt for legendary animals that will give you unique sets of clothing. You can also do bounties and earn a lot of money. You can also discover dinosaur bones which will lead to you obtaining a new knife.
After you finish the game you can explore New Austin which was the setting for the original Red Dead Redemption. In it, you can find the towns in the first game which are older and less developed since this is a prequel.
