Horror Genre
Five Nights at Freddy’s and Alien Isolation
Five Night at Freddy’s (FNAF) and Alien Isolation are big staples in the horror genre. FNAF invented a new type of niche which is the mascot horror, which led to the creation other popular game series like Poppy Playtime. Alien Isolation was a very well acclaimed horror game with great atmosphere and a Xenomorph with smart AI which makes you really feel like you’re being hunted.

Plenty of games on this website have multiplayer or co-op, but I don’t have enough experience with the multiplayer aspect of those games so I cannot judge.
